How Faucetnza handles information on faucetnza.com, faucetnza.app, and the Faucetnza apps. Effective and last-updated dates will be set when an attorney signs off.
1. Who this applies to
Faucetnza is field service management software for plumbing contractors. It is built for businesses, not consumers.
- Account Data — information about our business customers and their users (name, work email, phone, company, billing contact, login and usage). We decide how this is used.
- Customer Data — information a plumbing contractor puts into the Service about their own customers, jobs, technicians, and operations. We process it only on that contractor's behalf.
If you are an end client of a plumbing company that uses Faucetnza, that company controls your information. Contact them first; we will forward requests when we can identify the right customer.
2. Information we collect
You give us: account and contact details, billing contact and plan (payment card details are collected by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), and support messages.
Customers and users add: customer and job records, quotes and invoices, call recordings and AI summaries (if enabled), text messages, emails forwarded into the app, technician location and geofence events, photos, files, and signatures.
Collected automatically: device and usage data, cookies needed to run the Service, and bot-protection signals on forms such as sign-up and login.
3. How we use information
Account Data is used to run accounts, process trials and subscriptions, provide support, secure and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and send service and (optional) product emails. Customer Data is used only to provide the Service as the customer instructs. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it for our own advertising. Whether de-identified Customer Data is ever used to improve the Service will be confirmed before this draft is finalized.
4. Calls, messages, location, and AI
If a customer enables call recording, that customer is responsible for complying with recording and wiretap laws, including all-party consent states such as California and Washington. AI features may transcribe, summarize, or draft from call, message, or email content sent to our AI subprocessor; AI output can be wrong and must be reviewed.
Customers must obtain consent before sending texts through the Service. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.
The mobile app can collect technician GPS location while on shift or on an active work order so dispatch, ETAs, and job records work. Customers must tell their workers and obtain any required consent. Maps and routing use a maps provider.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it with subprocessors that help run the Service (hosting, file storage, payments, phone and SMS, email, AI, bot protection, and optional accounting sync), at the customer's direction, for legal and safety reasons, or in a business transfer. A named subprocessor list will be published with the attorney-reviewed version of this page.
6. Retention, security, and cookies
Account Data is kept while the account is active and as needed afterward for legal and fraud purposes. Customer Data is kept while the account is active; after cancel, an export window will apply, then deletion or de-identification follows, except where law requires retention. Exact windows will be confirmed before publication.
We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and hashed passwords. Additional measures will be listed only once confirmed. Cookies are used to keep you signed in, protect the Service, and (if any analytics tools are added) understand usage. We do not intend to use advertising cookies.
7. Children and your rights
The Service is not directed to children. Users must be at least 16 (minimum age to be confirmed). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of personal information. For Account Data, email support@faucetnza.com. For Customer Data, contact the plumbing company you dealt with.
