Draft, pending attorney review. This is a working draft adapted from the trade-brand legal templates. It is not a contract and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Do not pay or rely on it as final terms.

Terms of Service

Agreement between the business that signs up for Faucetnza and the company that will operate Faucetnza (legal entity name pending). Effective and last-updated dates will be set when an attorney signs off.

1. Who can use the Service

Faucetnza is field service management software for plumbing contractors. The Service is for business use only. You and every person you allow to use your account must be at least 16 (minimum age to be confirmed). You are responsible for your users and for keeping login credentials secure. Tell us at support@faucetnza.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Subscriptions and free trials

Plans are described on the pricing page. We may offer a 14-day free trial with no payment method required; the account pauses at the end of the trial unless you choose a paid plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Price changes will be announced with reasonable notice and apply at the next renewal.

3. Billing

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. Some features (phone minutes, SMS, call recording, or AI) may have usage-based fees or limits as described in your plan. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Billing disputes: email support within 30 days (window to be confirmed).

4. Your data

You own Customer Data. You give us a limited permission to host and process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and as required by law. You are responsible for having the right to put that data into the Service, including call-recording consent, text-message consent, location notice to workers, and emails you forward in. Do not put full payment card numbers (outside the payment form), Social Security numbers, or health information into the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not break the law; send spam or unsolicited messages without consent; record calls or track location without required notice; upload malware; probe or disrupt the Service; scrape it; share logins outside your business; or use the Service to build a competing product. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Third-party services and AI

The Service relies on third-party providers for payments, phone and SMS, email, hosting, storage, security, AI, maps, and optional accounting sync. Optional integrations are subject to those providers' terms. AI output may be inaccurate; you must review it before relying on it for pricing, safety, compliance, billing, or other important decisions. AI output is not professional, engineering, legal, or safety advice.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uptime. Do not rely on the Service as the only way to reach emergency services. Support: support@faucetnza.com.

8. IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability

We own the Service. You get a limited right to use it for your internal business during your subscription. Each party will protect the other's confidential information. The Service and AI output are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability limits and indemnity language will be finalized with counsel; placeholders include a lookback period for fees paid and Washington governing law.

9. Term, cancellation, and export

You can cancel by emailing support@faucetnza.com (in-app cancel to be confirmed). After subscription ends, you may export Customer Data for a stated window, then we may delete it except where law requires retention. Phone-number porting on termination will be confirmed before publication.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are drafted under Washington State law (to be confirmed). Venue and dispute process will be set with counsel. Notices to us: support@faucetnza.com and the mailing address to be published with the attorney-reviewed version.
